We work with many insurance companies, and we suggest that you contact our office and your provider before your first appointment to confirm your coverage. Our team will be happy to file your insurance claims for you and work with you to find ways to get the most out of your dental benefits. Please note that at this time we cannot accept government funded AHCCCS plans. We ask you to keep in mind that payment for your treatments is due on the day of your visit. If you do not have insurance or if you need to make your co-pay, our office accepts:
